There have been many writings and predictions about "The Last Days" however, Jesus left us very specific information about what we can expect and how we are to respond to what we wittness. Let's turn away from the chatter that man makes about being "left behind" and pay close attention to the Truth God has given to us freely in his Word.
Luke 21:20-38

[20] “When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that
its desolation is near.[21] Then let those who are in Judea flee to the
mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not
enter the city.[22] For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all
that has been written.[23] How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant
women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath
against this people.[24] They will fall by the sword and will be taken as
prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles
until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
[25] “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations
will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea.[26]
People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world,
for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.[27] At that time they will see the Son
of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.[28] When these things
begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption
is drawing near.”
[29] He told them this parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees.[30]
When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is
near.[31] Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the
kingdom of God is near.
[32] “Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all
these things have happened.[33] Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words
will never pass away.
[34] “Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing,
drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly
like a trap.[35] For it will come on all those who live on the face of the
whole earth.[36] Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to
escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before
the Son of Man.”
That's pretty clear and very wonderful!
Jesus said "Surely I am coming quickly". The final prayer of the bible are these words - "Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!" Rev. 22:20.
Prayer...Just you and the Father. Open your heart. Open your mouth. Listen.

About the Founder of Oasis of Prayer Ministries
Reverend Mattie B. Thornton Criddell
Reverend Mattie Criddell believes that a viable prayer life is absolutely essential for spiritual development and Christian living; and thus she is dedicated to using her spiritual gifts of teaching and preaching to facilitate the development of an effectual prayer life for all who desire it. She has served God’s people through the Ministry of Prayer for over fourteen years.
As the Staff Pastor of Prayer Ministry for The Church Without Walls, she was responsible for every aspect of prayer for the church-body of fourteen thousand active members. She also shared in leading and preaching for the worship experience each Sunday for three of five church services.
Oasis of Prayer Ministries is a new call on her life. Reverend Mattie believes that every answer of “yes” to God’s call requires another “yes”, and thus she has answered God’s call to establish Oasis of Prayer Ministries. She has been called by God to help men, women and children everywhere to develop a meaningful prayer life and to maintain a relationship with Him. She anticipates that this ministry of prayer will give her greater opportunities teach the biblical message and methods of prayer, and to lift up the Name of Jesus to a lost world.

The Oasis of Prayer Ministries seeks to provide a time to rest in God,
reflect, reconcile and renew one’s awareness of the presence and power
of God in our lives. The Oasis of Prayer provides a space of hospitality
devoted to prayer, silence and simplicity. In this environment, the body,
mind and spirit are welcomed to be strengthened and purified in response
to God’s invitation for divine union and intimacy.
MISSION
The Oasis of Prayer is committed to advancing the principles, practice
and productivity of prayer to expedite the power of prayer and to
enhance the development of an intimate relationship with God.
What we are about:
• The Oasis of Prayer is an ecumenical organization that is open to all who desire to develop and/or advance an intimate relationship with a loving and compassionate God.
• The Oasis of Prayer’s primary function is to provide instruction that will assist men and women in how to still away and experience the presence of God.
• A Ministry of Prayer that provides instruction to assist individuals and churches to develop an effective prayer life as it has been taught to us by Jesus Christ, Matt. 6:7.
• A Ministry of Prayer committed to providing a refuge and solitude through an environment that is conducive to prayer and meditation.
• A Ministry of Prayer committed to interceding for those who are hurting and longing to experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.
